Free Taxi Ride… on Dr. Oz

On May 26, 2011,  to celebrate taking over Oparah’s time slot at 4:00 PM, Dr. Oz provided free taxi rides to the people of NYC. From 4:00 – 6:00 PM, 400 taxis with Dr. Oz taxi tops picked up riders at taxi stands located in Flatiron, Harlem, 30 Rock, Bloomingdales, Penn Station, Grand Central and Columbus Circle. 10 fully branded taxis gave people free rides all day. Overall the campaign was a huge success. I mean, come on- who wouldn’t be thankful for a free taxi ride during rush hour?
